These are turbulent times. As we continue the many ways that we support our families, friends and communities, and our country, we also need to create mindful practices of self-care.

A talk with Lincoln Mitchell: writer, scholar, and an expert on democracy and democratic rollback. Author of four books, including The Democracy Promotion Paradox (Brookings, 2016), Lincoln will draw on his work studying democracy and democratic rollback around the world.  He’ll propose strategies for defending American democracy in the Trump era.
