She has been a Brooklyn Ethical member for over thirty years. During that time, she was a Board Member and a founding member with Kim Brandon the of the Brooklyn Society Writers now called Wild Honey Writers Collective. She raised two daughters with her husband, and has two grandchildren, and two sons-in-law. She is an educator, writer, poet, author, a member of the National Action Network, and Savan Writers.\n\n
