Thank you so much to all who helped make this event happen. We are so thankful to the amazing performers, parents, and volunteers (of all ages) who showed up even though an Arctic front had hit us that day and it was 7 degrees and windy. You came early, stayed late, worked long and hard and brought warm hearts, broad smiles and an inspiring “can do” attitude that made all the difference.
Thank you also to the parents, who braved the cold and brought your little ones to celebrate with us, who told your friends, shared posts on social media and helped make our event a success.
We were so honored to share this celebration with you and to pay tribute to Martin Luther King and his legacy with music, dance, activism and a lot of fun.
