The Role: 

We seek a Marketing and Communications Manager to support, strengthen and grow our membership. They will implement a strategy to introduce our programs and warm, inclusive community to our neighbors and local social justice organizations. This role includes responsibility for organizational brand identity, public relations, and strategic communications.
The Marketing Communications Manager will drive visitor engagement through compelling visual storytelling, content creation, and social media management. With a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, this position ensures message consistency while exploring fresh ways to connect.

What You’ll Do: 

Develop and manage engaging content for our physical spaces, website, and social media ensuring a consistent, unified voice across platforms.

Marketing Messaging and Visuals 

  • Internal communications: Create/edit newsletters and blog
  •  External communications: Create/edit newsletters, outreach campaigns
  • Create flyers, pamphlets and registration materials 

Social Media 

  • Document our activities through photography and other creative methods 
  • Create, schedule, and publish social content 
  • Respond authentically to comments, DMs, and tagged posts 
  • Leverage trending topics and cultural moments that align with our mission 

Brand and Digital Asset Management 

  • Oversee the production and consistency of materials 
  • Manage and catalog photo and video library 
  • Maintain website content
  • Coordinate the design and branding of “swag”
