What Do I need? (Part 1)

While one of the aspirations of Ethical Culture is to act so as to elicit the best in others and thereby in ourselves, our thoughts and language may at times impede this goal. Polarized thinking like right/wrong, good/bad, reward/punish, and us/them can thwart connection and collaboration. Relating to ourselves and others using needs-based communication helps align our actions with our values, and deepens relationships. Join us to explore our universal needs.
